We do provide international shipping, offering a range of options to accommodate coffee lovers worldwide. If you are ordering internationally, please account for potentially prolonged shipping times depending on the destination.
We want you to love your coffee! To help us get it to you quickly and correctly, please verify your order details before submitting. We do not offer free replacements for ordering mistakes, but if you notice an error before your tracking number is generated, reach out and we’ll do our very best to correct the issue!
Similarly if your package has been collected by USPS or UPS and then gets lost or damaged in transit, Goldberry is not responsible for the replacement of those items. We recommend filing a claim with the shipping company.
We take great pride in our craft, but we are human! If we send the wrong roast, the wrong grind, or forget something in your order, we will make it right immediately. Just reach out with your order number and a photo of the error, and we’ll ship a fresh replacement at no cost to you.
In the rare instance you are unhappy with the quality or taste of the beans you ordered, please reach out and we will send you a label so you can return the items. Once we have received the items we will issue a refund of your order.
